She is the founder and CEO of Earkandi Productions, an all-female songwriting, publishing, and administration company dedicated to elevating women in the music industry. She is also the creator of B.H.M. Cyphers, a platform designed to spotlight creatives and legends within Black culture and amplify voices that deserve recognition. Driven by purpose, she founded the M&M Foundation (Moving Mountains), a nonprofit focused on mentoring youth in underserved communities and creating opportunities for the next generation.
