Larry Jr. is a multidimensional artist and creative from Arlington, Texas, whose passion for music has been rooted in his life since childhood. Raised around radio and culture, he was introduced to the industry early—his mother worked with Greg Street at KKDA and even hosted an AM radio show, giving him a front-row seat to how music moves people and communities.
In college, Larry Jr. helped make history by being among the first to bring major artists like J. Cole, Big Sean, and Drake on tour in Texas. That momentum carried into a career built on creativity and purpose, including interning at The Source Magazine, working with Sway Calloway, participating in multiple songwriting camps, and traveling as a poet. He’s also the author of the children’s book “Flying Above Expectations,” proving his voice reaches beyond music into inspiration and impact.
Now entering a new era, Larry Jr. is focused on creating incredible music and building strong sync placement opportunities—stepping out of the shadows and into his calling with intention, excellence, and faith. His latest release “Butterfly (Marie Version)” from the David Forrester Vault project showcases his growth, artistry, and ability to connect emotionally with listeners.
